Specialty: 5.37.02.03 Accounting and Auditing

Qualification: Accountant

This profession is prepared in secondary vocational
educational institutions in accordance with the State Classifier of Specialties
of Secondary Vocational Education of Turkmenistan in the specialty “Accounting
and Auditing”.

In the trade and cooperative school, specialists are
taught the requirements of the multi-sector economy of our country, as well as
how to make calculations, understand the theory of accounting, methods specific
to each industry, maintain regulatory and reference documents, understand the
principles and methods of accounting, the specifics of international and
national accounting standards and financial reporting, formalize the results of
accounting and financial reporting using computer programs, control and manage
material assets, enterprise resources, compile and maintain financial
statements.

Specialists who have completed this direction can work
in all industries, in accounting, financial, control and investigative
departments of state and private institutions and enterprises, in public
organizations, in trade, in banks, as an accountant conducting reporting and
investigative, financial and credit operations in institutions and enterprises,
as an accountant for labor and wages, as an accountant for accounting of
financial resources, as an accountant-auditor, an accountant-expert, an
accountant-cashier.
